Description
The MAX11129-MAX11132 are 12-/10-bit, high-speed, low-power, serial output successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with an external reference. They feature both internal and external clock modes, scan mode, and SampleSet technology (a user-programmable analog input channel sequencer). The internal clock mode includes internal averaging for increased SNR, while the external clock mode provides greater sequencing flexibility for multichannel applications. The devices also have an integrated FIFO for high-speed data sampling and storage. They operate from a 2.35V to 3.6V supply and consume only 15.2mW at 3Msps.
