MAX11068GUU/V T Overview
This product is designed for surface mount installation and can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is part of the automotive series and meets AEC-Q100 standards. It is also lead-free. The product has 38 terminations and can withstand a peak reflow temperature of 260°C. It has an operating supply voltage of 72V and is compatible with 18/60V power supplies. The maximum supply current is 9.6mA and it is not radiation hardened.
