Description
The LV8068V is a single-phase bipolar fan motor driver that operates through a BTL output linear driver. It provides high efficiency, low power, and low noise by suppressing reactive power. The BTL output allows for PWM control by an external signal, making it suitable for CPU coolers and other applications.

Single-phase full-wave operation with BTL output (BTL amplifier gain: 49dB)
Speed control via PWM input
Adjustable motor rotational speed via "VCONT" voltage
Adjustable motor rotational minimum speed via "RMI" voltage
Hall bias output terminal (VHB = 1.32V (typ))
Built-in Quick Start circuit for startup support (50% Duty Start)
FG (rotate detection) output terminal (Open drain output)
RD (Lock detection) output terminal (Open drain output)
Built-in Current Limiter circuit (limit at Io = 250mA with Rf = 1 connection)
Built-in lock protection and automatic return circuit
Built-in thermal shut-down (TSD) circuit
