Description
The LTC2410 is a 24-bit differential analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated oscillator and a differential reference. It operates from a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V and consumes low supply current (200μA). The LTC2410 has a 2ppm INL, 2.5ppm full-scale error, 0.1ppm offset, and 0.16ppm noise. It provides single-cycle settling time for multiplexed applications. The LTC2410 has a 110dB minimum input differential mode rejection at 50Hz or 60Hz ±2%. It can be driven by an external oscillator for a user-defined rejection frequency. The LTC2410 communicates through a flexible 3-wire digital interface compatible with SPI and MICROWIRE protocols.
