Description
The LTC2341-16 is a dual, 16-bit, 666ksps/ch differential SoftSpan ADC with a wide input common mode range. It features guaranteed 16-bit resolution with no missing codes, differential inputs with a wide common mode range, and per-channel SoftSpan input ranges. The ADC also has a 93.4dB single-conversion SNR, -114dB THD at f₁ = 2kHz, and 105dB CMRR at fiN = 200Hz. It has rail-to-rail input overdrive tolerance, guaranteed operation to 125°C, an integrated reference and buffer (4.096V), and SPI CMOS (1.8V to 5V) and LVDS serial I/O. The ADC has an internal conversion clock, no cycle latency, and 74mW power dissipation (typical). It comes in a 32-lead (5mm x 5mm) QFN package.
