Description
The LTC2283 is a dual 12-bit, 125Msps, low-power 3V analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for digitizing high-frequency, wide dynamic range signals. It is ideal for demanding imaging and communications applications, offering excellent AC performance with 70.1dB SNR and 88dB SFDR for signals at the Nyquist frequency. Typical DC specifications include 0.4LSB INL and ±0.2LSB DNL, while the transition noise is a low 0.32LSBRMS.
