Description
The LTC1416 is a 14-bit, 400ksps sampling ADC with a power dissipation of 70mW. It features a guaranteed ±1.5LSB DNL and ±2LSB INL (Max), and offers 80.5dB S/(N D) and 93dB THD at 100kHz, and 80dB S/(N D) and 90dB THD at Nyquist. The LTC1416 operates with internal or external reference, and has true differential inputs that reject common mode noise. It has a 15MHz full power bandwidth sampling, ±2.5V bipolar input range, and comes in a 28-pin SSOP package.
