Description
The LT4275 is a family of IEEE 802.3 and LTPOE powered device (PD) controllers. The LT4275A supports LTPOE power levels up to 90W, while the LT4275B and LT4275C support IEEE 802.3at and 802.3af standards, respectively. The LT4275 features an internal charge pump, external hot swap N-channel MOSFET, programmable auxiliary power support, and optional support for non-standard low voltage PoE.
