SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.05% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.LT1790 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 3V.3V voltage lower than 3V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 3.5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 3.5V~18V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 60μA.Current supply is 80μA.
