LP2975IMM-3.3 Description
The LP2975 LDO Controller makes it easy to design a high-current LDO regulator. The LP2975 will deliver an ultra-low dropout regulator with an exceptionally low quiescent current when used with an external P-FET. Excellent regulation and ripple rejection performance are guaranteed by high open loop gain. Over the course of the working temperature range, the trimmed internal bandgap reference offers the exact output voltage.
