LP2975AIMM-3.3 Description
LP2975AIMM-3.3 is a type of LDO controller used with few external components. It is able to deliver an ultra-low dropout regulator with extremely low quiescent current based on an external P-FET. Excellent regulation and ripple rejection performance can be achieved due to high open loop gain. Precise output voltage over the entire operating temperature range can be provided through the trimmed internal bandgap reference.
