Description
LMX2485SQX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 3GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
