Description
LMK04828BISQ/NOPB Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 3.08GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3.15V~3.45V supply voltage, it will work.
