Description
LMK04821NKDT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.54GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
