LMK03001DISQ/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.57GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.15V~3.45V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Conditioner. LMK03001 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. PLL is designed with 48 pins. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 9 signal outputs. By operating at a frequency of 200MHz, RF synthesizer is able to reali200MHze high efficiency.
