Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.296GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.15V~3.45V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
