Description
LMK03000CISQ/NOPB Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.296GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.15V~3.45V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. A Clock Conditioner is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 48-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. PLL is designed with 48 pins. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. 9 signal outputs allow for maximi9ation of output frequency.
