LM5050MK-1/NOPB Description
In high-performance switching applications, the LM5050MK-1/NOPB high-side and low-side gate driver is used to operate N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs. It is very well suited for usage in power electronics projects including power supplies, solar inverters, and motor control. The LM5050MK-1/NOPB can handle a peak output current of up to 4A and has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 45V. Because of its strong common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/s, it is appropriate for settings with a lot of noise.
