Description
LM45BIM3/NOPB Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Cut Tape (CT). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 3 pins. This electronic part has 3 terminations. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 120μA. It should provide a DC voltage of 10V at its maximum. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 4V when used in a DC circuit. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 120μA. Sensors can function with 120μA current nominally. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 10mA. Sensors should generally output 12.6V voltage.
