Description
The LM3824 Current Gauge provides precise current measurement with minimal insertion loss (typically 0.003Ω). It utilizes a Delta Sigma analog-to-digital converter for accurate current measurement and averaging over 6 ms intervals to eliminate current spikes. The IC features a pulse-width modulated (PWM) output that indicates current magnitude and direction. A shutdown pin allows for inhibition of false triggering during startup or entry into low quiescent current mode.
