LM334M/NOPB Overview
In package Tube, buck boost converter is included.Depending on how 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages voltage regulator, voltage regulator will be packaged in the same way.Mounted by Surface Mount, this current regulator is a semiconductor.In order to ensure the correct operation of the system, the temperature should not exceed 0°C~70°C.Voltages of 1V~40V can be input as input voltages in this module.In the case of 8 terminations, which are the practice of terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator that has the same characteristic impedance as the line itself, they are fairly common.Current regulator belongs to LM334 family.In a computer or other communication constant current regulator, 8 pins are pronged contacts that provide a signal interface.There is a Surface Mount mounting bracket on the back of this current regulator.Adjustable offers maximum design flexibility due to its output current.The number of channels is growing strong/weak: 1.The maximum voltage of 40V that can be supplied to the buck boost converter is supported.There is a part called Power Management Circuits which contains all of these current regulations.It operates with the minimal supply voltage of 800mV.The maximal input voltage of 40V makes it feature maximum design power converter flexibility.With its maximum supply current, 10mA offers maximum current regulator's design flexibility due to its maximal supply current.Due to its minimal input voltage, 1V provides maximum design flexibility.It is configured with 1 output.It consumes 1μA of quiescent current without being affected by external factors.
