LM317MDCYR Adjustale Voltage Regulator Description


The LM317MDCYR is a three-terminal adjustable positive voltage regulator that can supply more than 500 mA over a 1.25-V to 37-V output voltage range. The LM317M is extremely simple to use, with only two external resistors required to set the output. Additionally, both line and load regulation are superior to fixed regulators.
The LM317MDCYR has on-chip current limiting, thermal overload protection, and safe-operating-area protection, in addition to having better performance than fixed regulators. If the ADJUST terminal is disconnected, all overload protection remains fully functional.
