LM2931MX-5.0/NOPB Overview
The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package/case for the BIPOLAR technology has a Mount surface mount, making it easily adaptable for various electronic applications. With a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 1 (Unlimited), this device is able to withstand a wide range of humidity levels without any damage. The Peak Reflow Temperature (Cel) of 260 ensures that the device is able to withstand high temperature environments without any performance issues.
