LM20SITL/NOPB Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in 4-WFBGA packages. For proper operation, this sensor has 4 pins. This electronic part has 4 terminations. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.4V in a DC circuit, however. Analog sensors should have 4.5μA current flowing from the GND terminal. In theory, this sensor can be powered by 10μA current. For optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 10mA.
