LM20125MH/NOPB Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. There is a 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.95V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 5.5V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 3.5mA A of quiescent current.
