LFE2-20SE-6FN256I Overview
In 2012, a new technology was published known as Pbfree Code, which stands for lead-free code. This code was a significant advancement in the electronics industry as it eliminated the use of lead, a harmful substance. This technology included 256 terminations, with a terminal finish of Tin/Silver/Copper (Sn/Ag/Cu) and a terminal pitch of 1mm. However, despite its benefits, it was not compliant with reach compliance codes. Additionally, the reflow temperature-max (s) was set at 30, making it safe for use. This technology also had 256 pin counts and a high number of logic elements/cells, specifically 21000. The combinatorial delay of a CLB-Max was also impressively low, at only 0.331 ns. Overall, this new technology promised to revolutionize the industry and pave the way for safer and more efficient electronic devices.
