Description
The LB11970RV is a monolithic digital ICLB for fan motors. It is a single-phase full-wave driver with a built-in 16V to 1.2A output transistor. It features a variable speed function using thermistor input and external signal, enabling silent and low-vibration variable speed control through direct PWM control with separately-excited upper Tr.
