JAN1N5314-1 Overview
Buck boost converter is embedded in the Bulk package.DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial has packaged voltage regulator in this manner.Through Hole mounts this current regulator.In order to ensure the correct operation of the system, the temperature should not exceed -65°C~175°C.Current regulator is possible to use a voltage of 100V Max as an input voltage.There is a Through Hole mounting bracket on the back of this current regulator.As a result of 4.7mA's output current, it offers maximum design flexibility.Supports the maximum supply voltage of 100V.An example of this type of FPGA is the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series.As a result, it operates at the maximal operating temperature of 175°C to ensure its reliability.In order to operate the boost controller, it should be kept at a temperature greater than -65°C.
