ISP762T Description
ISP762T is a smart power high-side switch for industrial applications. High-side switches are used to turn electrical loads ON and OFF by switching the positive (high-) side of the load supply. Additionally, smart high-side switches are designed with the ability to protect themselves and diagnose possible unintended system behavior. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 150℃. And the transistor ISP762T in the PG-DSO-8 package with 1.5W power dissipation.
