Description
The ISL96017 integrates a 128-tap digitally controlled potentiometer (DCP), 16kbit EEPROM, and I²C serial interface. It operates on a single 3.3V supply and features:
128-tap DCP with 10kΩ or 50kΩ total resistance
Monotonic over temperature
Non-volatile wiper position storage
0 to VDD terminal voltage
16kbit EEPROM with 50-year retention at 55°C and 1,000,000 cycle endurance
