ISL8540IVEZ Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz~600kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.21V.
