IRSM505-065DA2 Overview
Packaged using Tube.The 32-PowerDIP Module, 23 Leads package includes H bridge to save money.With the 13.5V~16.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.On PCBs, Through Hole mounts H gate.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.This is a type of electronic H-bridge that belongs to the μIPM?-DIP series.This is the maximum current at which the output reaches 15A.A current of 2.6A flows through the pins of the output and power supply.The operating supply voltage is kept at 16.5V to offer high efficiency.It is calculated that the Hbridge releases 500V volts.H bridge is recommended that the maximum operating temperature be set at 150°C to avoid excessive costing.Ideally, the operating temperature should be at -40°C in order to avoid excessive costs.
