Description
IPS521 Overview
This product features a TO-220-5 package/case and a SINGLE terminal position, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With a current rating of 2.2A and a max output current of 2.2A, it offers reliable performance. The interface is On/Off and it is equipped with fault protection including current limiting (fixed), open load detect, and over temperature protection. With an Rds On (Typ) of 55m Ω and a turn off time of 70 μs, this product offers efficient operation. It also has built-in protections for over current and thermal events. Please note that this product does not have radiation hardening capabilities.
