INA193AQDBVRQ1 Overview
The package includes buck boost converter in version Tape & Reel (TR).SC-74A, SOT-753 is the way in which voltage regulator is packaged.Surface Mount is used to mount this current regulator on the board.In order to maintain a safe operating environment, the temperature cannot exceed -40°C~125°C.An input voltage wcurrent regulatorh a value of -16V~80V may be used as an input voltage.Current regulator belongs to the family INA193.In a computer or other communication constant current regulator, 5 pins are pronged contacts that provide a signal interface.There is a maximum voltage to be supplied to 18V by it.There is a part called Operational Amplifier which contains all of these current regulations.With the minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is able to operate.There are FPGAs of this type in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.An amplifying buck boost converter such as this one is a OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER type amplifying buck boost converter.It reaches 950μA when the operating supply current is supplied.There are a total of 2 elements in current regulation.In a current regulation, 26.02dB voltage gains are the simple ratio between the output voltage and the input voltage.It consumes 370μA of quiescent current regardless of external influences.
