The HMC834LP6GE is a fractionalN PLL with integrated VCO that operates over a wide frequency range of 451050, 14002100, 28004200, and 56008400 MHz. It features an ultralow phase noise of 110 dBc/Hz inband (typical), a figure of merit (FOM) of 227 dBc/Hz, and a maximum phase detector rate of 100 MHz. The HMC834LP6GE also has a 24bit step size with a resolution of 3 Hz (typical), an exact frequency mode, a builtin digital selftest, and a 40lead 6x6 mm SMT package.
