Description
The Analog Devices HMC511LP5E is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) designed for use in microwave and millimeter-wave applications. It is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) amplifier with a high-performance HBT (Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) core. This VCO is housed in a 32-QFN package and provides two outputs.

Features of the HMC511LP5E include:
- Wide frequency range of 5.2 to 5.9 GHz
- Low phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset
- High output power of 13 dBm
- Low power consumption of only 4.5 mA
