HFA06TB120 Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1.2kV.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 6A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 80A.A 9pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
