Description
HAL104JQ-C Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Box (TB) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 5.2mA. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 50mA. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 5.2mA.
