Description
The FAN7383 is a half-bridge gate-drive IC designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage applications up to 600V. It features a floating channel for bootstrap operation, allowing for stable operation of high-side drivers under high dv/dt noise conditions. The IC also includes built-in UVLO functions for both channels, preventing malfunction when supply voltages are below specified thresholds.
