EPC2LC20N Overview
There is a neat PLCC package that is used in this program.Data storage is limited to a size of 256kB bytes.There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than 245 during the process.There are 20 pins on it.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.05mA.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.5V recommends that users apply 5V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.Thus, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included to better serve customers.This type of memory is called a FLASH memory.For applications involving Surface Mount, it is suitable.A switching controller must operate at a frequency of 16.7MHz to get its control to work.Memory is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C.Memory is recommended that the temperature of the ambient environment not exceed 70°C when Memory is operating.At least 3V should be the voltage used to run it.Memory has a max supply voltage rating of 5.25V.50μA is the operating system.
