Description
The DS2770 battery monitor and charge controller is a device that performs various functions for battery maintenance. It can be used in conjunction with a host system's processor to manage battery charging, estimate remaining capacity, monitor safety, and store nonvolatile parameters.

Available with internal 25mΩ current-sense resistor or external user-selectable sense resistor
15-bit bidirectional current measurement
4.88mV resolution voltage measurement
0.125°C resolution temperature measurement using integrated sensor
40 bytes of lockable EEPROM
16 bytes of general-purpose SRAM
42-day timer
Dallas 1-Wire interface with 64-bit ID
DQ1.8V logic levels
Low power consumption: 80μA typical active current, 0.5μA typical sleep current
