DS1212 Overview
The product is packaged with materials from Tube. This information is provided in the 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) in order to save space on the board. As a type of Nonvolatile RAM, it provides high quality and reliable performance. Setting the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C is recommended. It is necessary to supply voltage to 4.75V~5.5V in order to ensure normal operation. Based on the technique of Through Hole, it is mounted. In order to prevent signals from reflecting back from the transmission line's end, 28 terminations are used. There is a voltage supply to the device of 5V. The 28 pins are configured on the board. It is based on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that we determine 260's reflow temperature limit. Data transmission is ensured through 3 channels. An analog IC of type POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT is used in this device. Voltage must be higher than 4.5V as the minimum value of supply voltage. An internal circuit is capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 5.5V without deteriorating its characteristics.
