DS1110E-300 Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package can be used instead. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. 10 taps/steps are configured. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1110. There are two terminals at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate.
