Description
DS1100Z-40 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred. At DUAL are the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE.
