Description
DS1100Z-200 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100. DUAL is the position of the terminals. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type.
