Description
DS1100LZ-25 T Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By utilizing the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 3V~3.6V makes reliable performance possible. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. It is acceptable for it to operate at the maximum voltage 3.6V. It is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.
