DS1100LZ-200 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 3V~3.6V makes reliable performance possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C.
