DS1020-200 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 5V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. As a result, it is configured with 256 taps/steps. Terminals are located at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable.
