Description
The DM74LS75 is a quad latch designed for temporary storage of binary information. It features four latches, each with a data input (D), enable input (E), and complementary outputs (Q and Q'). When the enable is high, the data at the D input is transferred to the Q output. When the enable goes low, the data present at the D input at the time of the transition is retained at the Q output until the enable is allowed to go high again.
