The image sensors are put into 145-PGA packages for safety protection. The image sensors should supply the voltage of 3V~6V. We will package these image sensors in the Tray to protect them from damage. The image sensor has 145 pins. The voltage supplied by image sensors should be 6V while operating. The maximum operating temperature for the image sensors should be set to 60°C. But the temperature should not be lower than 0°C when image sensors operate.
