CY2309CSXI-1H Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source.
